I originally jumped into the fitness industry back in 2000 looking to make great changes in others lives and to do something I absolutely loved. Today I continue with that philosophy equipped with more experience and a greater knowledge base. I believe in filling life with lots of physical activity as it keeps us looking and feeling young and energetic and can give us a deeper appreciation for life. I train my clients to be able to function best in whatever hobbies and activities they choose…..all while looking the best they can! Having trained everyone from retired hall of fame pro athletes to CEO's to average Janes and Joes and I love the challenge of helping anyone reach their fitness goals in the safest most effective, fun way possible!

As for my background, I've learned through a decade of professional experience as well as running a business for over 7 years on what works for each client. Prior to opening the business I attended SDSU and received a degree in Kinesiology (Emphasis: Movement Studies) and a degree in Psychology. I've also earned a personal training certification from the NSCA, one of the most respected certification associations, to further enhance what I learned in college. I stay current with fitness science by reading periodicals and have invested in well over 100 fitness information products from Paul Chek to Mike Boyle to Pavel Tsatsouline to Todd Durkin constantly in search of ways to bring YOU better health and fitness!

I have played all kinds of sports competitively and use that experience to help you out. Whether it be mountain biking, playing tennis, golf, basketball, football, soccer, baseball, volleyball, 5k's, hiking, camping, etc., I can relate to and apply my experience to nearly anything you do. I'm looking forward to helping YOU achieve your goals this year!
