The Bootcamp is a combination of the Personal Training Program's attention to proper form and detail but in a fun and supportive group atmosphere. Ages tend to range from mid 20's to mid 40's though there are exceptions and all are welcome! Varied fitness levels are expected and again, this is a positive support group where we challenge you to be YOUR best, not anyone else's!
The focus of Bootcamp is to have FUN and get LEAN! We'll also get you healthier, stronger, more flexible, stable and more agile. We challenge your body with VARIETY by integrating full body movements, many types of intervals, agilities, and balance/coordination activities. We also mix in a bit of yoga now and then for flexibility, recovery and variety.
We discuss nutrition covering not only body fat loss but workout recovery, muscle gain and the integration of healthy foods into a daily diet.
