The focus of the Personal Training program is to change your body, be pain free, have continual progression and fantastic results all within the comforts of the surroundings you choose. Each client is put through an initial set of assessments geared to bring to light any deficiencies and imbalances in function and strength. Once the assessments are done the program is designed and nutritional components addressed to achieve your desired goals. The assessment and training can be done in your home, office or local park of your choice.

Our expertise lies in physique change for real people. That means Moms, executives, business owners, housewives, CEOs, etc. who are looking to get in fantastic shape without having to be a fitness competitor or model. We focus on body fat loss, moderate muscle gain, nutrition, "functional" fitness, core strengthening, flexibility and a balanced life philosophy. We are happy and comfortable working with any size or shape of client!

You can expect the workouts to have varied intensities, utilize the most current and cutting edge workouts, contain "prehabilitative" components, are progressed specifically for your body and will always be stimulating and unique! We use everything from kettlebells to "bosus" and anything we can to achieve the results you desire all while making it as fun as possible.

We also provide corrective exercise and bodywork having successfully rehabilitated everything from herniated discs to plantar fasciitis. We are not physical therapists though we have had good luck in treating clients that physical therapists weren't helping. If you have a serious injury beyond our comfort level, we will request that you visit a qualified PT before we continue. Your safety and health is our top priority.

Prices:
1 person - $75 per session regardless of frequency
Each additional person add $20 per session per person

(For additional people similar fitness levels are not necessary)
I've trained with Jason for over 2 years and he continually introduces new workouts, keeping them interesting and effective. Whenever I'm training for an event, Jason develops a program to maximize my results.
