GET YOUR STEP ON
COMPLETE WORKOUTS, GET STEPS, AND/OR RIDE FOR MILES
Monday through Friday. EACH DAY COUNTS! (results posted daily)
Optional: Earn an extra 10k steps for workouts (provided daily) for a max of 50k per week. Peloton (and other approved workouts will count as well
Optional: Earn an extra 1500 steps per day for mobility and 1500 steps per day for flexibility exercises (provided). Yoga/Pilates classes provide equal credit for mobility and flexibility
Submit a screenshot of your steps and/or bike mileage by midnight PST each day along
with any optional routines completed
Winners announced on Saturday morning.
