Offering sessions that span from 30 - 90 minutes, Teno Training offers a wide array of fitness concentrations – from brief, high intensity workouts to longer, low-intensity programs designed for specific results. We also offer a full range of rehabilitation therapies, as well as “pre-hab” routines, general body work and flexibility / stretching classes.
Studies show that “hands-on” coaching substantially increases the effectiveness of any given program, and avails clients to real-time advice and expert information, as well as physical and motivational support. Bottom line: clients experience greater results in shorter time spans, while sustaining fewer injuries.
